A rookie Hunter said to his partner. "I hope something happens soon." After saying that, the main entrance opened and two Reploids entered the building. "Hello." AlphaX said to the receptionist. "We want to enter the Maverick Hunters." "Sure." The female Reploid attending the reception desk answered. "You just have to sign here." AlphaX and Zero Omega signed the document and went into the room in which the new Reploids that enrolled were. The group was divided in two. AlphaX was in rookie group A and Zero Omega was in rookie group B. The training started the next day. "Ok rookies !" The commander talked to the rookies. "You are going to participate in a new type of training sequence in which you will fight against the best Hunters in the HQ." The commander continued speaking. "The two rookie groups will be mixed." "Finally." X whispered at Zero. "We're having some fun around here." X grinned. "Come on commander." Alpha started talking. "Don´t make us wait this long. Let´s begin !" "Hmm...." Commander Rack stared at AlphaX. "I see that you both seem pretty sure of your skills ! What would you think if I send you both all alone against the 17th Hunter Unit ?" "That´s fine with me." Zero answered. "I think that my friend here thinks like me, don´t you Alpha ?" "Sure, let´s do it !" Alpha stared back at Commander Rack. The whole rookie squad started laughing. "You think you can defeat the whole 17th Unit ?" A big Reploid came from the back of the room. "Hehe... Don´t make me laugh. I am the strongest in this group and I cannot even defeat the leader himself, I doubt you can even stand a chance against the 17th." "Shut up Bull !" Commander Rack was getting pretty mad. "Don´t be so rude with the new Reploids !" "Hey...." Alpha stared at Bull. "Are you really the strongest in this group ? You don´t look so mean." Alpha grinned. "I bet that anyone here could beat the crap out of your face." Bull got really pissed off with that commentary. "Why you little squeet ! ! !" Bull charged against Alpha with his fists flying. Bull tried to hit Alpha in the chest. "You are pretty slow." Alpha grabbed Bull´s fist and smashed Bull against the wall on the other side of the room. "And weak indeed. I am not surprised that you were defeated by the leader of the 17th Unit." Alpha just walked away with Zero towards Rack. " Well commander, when do we start ?" "Tomorrow morning at 5 :00 hours !" Rack just walked through the door. "Well, I think we must prepare ourselves Zero" Alpha said to Zero sarcastically. "Naaa..." Zero replied. "We just need to sleep well and we´ll easily beat the crap out of the 17th."
