A little poetry about Subaru and Seishiro, nothing inspired it in
particular. Just making bagels one morning and it hit me.
Skin
The dulcet tone of your voice,
The jade jewels that are the windows to your soul,
How strange, why you were able to capture me,
As If I where the prey.
Laughable even,
That a boy of sixteen could possesses such charms,
To lure death away from his objective.
A bet made, and lost,
By whom? Only we know Subaru-kun.
Now you are a man,
The man I made you. Taller, thinner,
But still my bishonen.
My love, evermore,
Under the Sakura tree.
Your movements,
Mirror mine, cigarette in hand. My eyes
Wash over you, disguised as a predatory survey,
Only I see before me, a tragic love story.
Because I see,
Love still motivates you and holds you down,
As my strong arms held you close once upon,
A time.
My love,
Evermore under the Sakura tree.
You lash out,
Hurt and angry. I understand, and
Retaliate, dark feathers blow in the wind.
My spell cast,
Rocks you forward. I tear through your,
Body. Precious blood stains my hands, your
Arms fall around my neck.
The eyes,
Give you away. I kiss your forehead,
And hold you.
Until the life is gone,
From your body.
Gone forever,
My love evermore under the Sakura tree.
