One night on IM Nekomi-chan told me to write "Card Captor Sakurazuka"
because I had said some stupid remark. I said she should do it, then
kinda begged to be allowed to do it anyway...
So with all the patience of a 4 year old who can see the candy jar
I am not waiting to send it out to the ML, after-all, I waited a week...
If shounen ai or general wrongness bother you, don't read this fic.
Please tell me what need fixed, cuz.

Card Captor Sakurazuka
by miai
This fic exists only because Nekomi-chan the Happy Penguin told me
to write a Card Captor Sakurazuka fic...I wanted her to do it since
it was her idea...but then, once I started thinking about it how could
I not?
Thank you Nekomi-chan!!!
Warning:
Some OCC's here, and the X/TB timeline is messed up a bit ;)
And Yaoi implications, can't forget those ^_^
---------------------------------------------------------------
Card Captor Sakura, Tokyo Babylon, and X, along with all the
"people" of theses series hereby character assassinated, belong
to CLAMP, the wonderful mangaka who brought you Clamp Campus
Detectives ^_^. I don't own them or make any money off this
writing. This is what I do for fun!--what's your excuse?

Seishirou ran ahead of the annoying orange winged cat. "Just
get the hell out of the way, already."
"How dare you talk to the Guardian of the Dragon Cards that way!"
Seishirou focused on the energy coming form the mannequin in an
orange vest in the window of Seibu department store. "That's the
one." Seishirou ran to the window only to have it blow out
towards him.
"Right there is a card there! You baka! Can't you just kill it?"
Seishirou grabbed Kero-chan out of the air, his thumb and
forefinger around his little neck, "Listen...I will do it, but I
will get that card my way. There are standards to be maintained.
You can't just go around capturing cards without any flair." He
sighed and shook his head, "What is the point if not for the chase?"
Kero rolled his beady little eyes and mumbled, "Yeah, I know
about you and 'the chase,' alright..."
Seishirou stopped strangling the cat-thing when he saw Hokuto
run around a corner with her video camera on stand-bye.
He stood straighter and moved forward with increasing grace.
Pulling a key off the chain he wore under his Hokuto-designed
purple velvet cloak, he solemnly intoned, rather appropriately,
"Power of Darkness, come to me...your master. I order you
RELEASE." He didn't like big speeches like some people, but did
feel it was necessary to let the cards know who was boss and why
they should listen to him.
He pulled a card out of his inner breast pocket and threw it into
the air, "Typhoon! Drown that card!"
A massive blast of air and water assaulted the front of Seibu's,
drenching the window-dressings, and much of the merchandise close
to the storefront, but as Seishirou quietly ordered the card to
return to it's true form, a red card with black ink appeared.
It pictured a beautiful woman with a ball of energy in her hands.
At the bottom "Explode" was written on it.
Hokuto tried to steady the camera as she clapped her hands. "That
was great!"
Kero flew around his head in triumph! "Wai, wai...we've got the
Explode Card!"
Hokuto was confused, "I thought they were all supposed to be
personality and elemental."
"Explode is personality," Seishirou smiled.
Kero-chan screwed up his crude features, "True, true. Especially
in your case."
Hokuto put her camera away, "Well I have to get home and make
dinner. My brother will be home late tonight."
Seishirou's feature's softened, "Working, is he?"
Hokuto laughed, "You know my twin!" She twirled her wild skirt,
"I'll see you later! G'night!"
Seishirou and Kero waved, similar expressions on their faces.
Kero turned seriously to the Sakurazukamori, "You could learn a
lot from her, you know."
Seishirou ignored him and started down the street.
"Hey, hey! I'm talking to you!"
Seishirou looked warmly at the nuisance, "You know, I haven't tried
this card out..."
Kero-chan wisely stopped his list of what Seishirou had done wrong
that night. "You wouldn't do that..."
Seishirou's face was blank and he shrugged with exaggerated
casualness. "What the hell. Fair's fair after all."
Sakurazuka Seishirou wrote his name on the card he held, turned it
over in his hand and threw the newly acquired card at the front of
Tobu department store.
Kero-chan looked at the assassin in horror, "Why did you do that?"
Seishirou smiled predatorily in response. "You didn't want me to
use it on you did you?"
* * *
Seishirou heard a voice in the distance calling him, but ignored
it for a few more moments of solitude under his sakura tree.
"Sakurazuka-chan!" When the bubbly girl didn't get a response she
yelled "Sei-chan! Your lover's waiting for you!"
Seishirou turned around. Running towards him was an overly excited
teenage girl. He smiled winningly, "Hokuto-chan, how are you?"
She spoke quickly and was as out of breath from her speech as she
was from running, "Oh great! Hey, I made this adorable outfit. You
will look perfect in it!"
Seishirou laughed, "Anything you make will be great."
The girl leaned in -- the better to conspire -- "And I made a
matching one for Subaru. He's putting it on right now and will be
here soon!"
Seishirou's eyes became dreamy, "Subaru-kun..." He trailed off
and generally became a puddle while contemplating getting close to
Hokuto's twin brother.
Hokuto whipped out her video camera, "Sakurazuka-chan is so cute!"
A male version of Hokuto ran up, "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry that I'm
late!"
Hokuto stood back with her left hand on her cheek and sighed
happily, recording the two men as they greeted each other.
"Subaru-kun, I'm glad you made it," Seishirou was almost shy as he
addressed the Sumeragi head.
"I couldn't figure out how to get my legs into these pants." Subaru
blushed more than mildly.
Hokuto screamed, "WHAT! I made those especially for your slim
figure. You need to look your best for your future husband."
Subaru turned bright red. He turned to his sister, blushing at
having to actually talk about this in public. "The garter belts
from the shirt to pants are a really neat idea, but since they are
stitched in place, it's a little difficult to get into them."
Hokuto tugged at her brother's clothing, "But if they weren't your
pants would fall down!" She put an arm around Seishirou, "And anyway
they were too easy to get off when I just used metal clasps." She
winked and put her mouth to the Sakurazukamori's broad shoulder,
"And I know you would try!"
As Seishirou and Hokuto laughed together, Subaru hid his face
behind gloved hands. Passers-by looked at the trio as though they
were actually _doing_ something indecent. It probably had to do with
the fact that in spite of the great outfit and matching pants, young
Subaru's belly button showed through a convenient diamond on the
middle.
Hokuto sobered suddenly, "We'd better get to lunch, then." She
whispered as Subaru turned to lead the way, "You see, it matches
the outfit you'll wear tonight perfectly."
"Thank you Hokuto-chan." From the way he was looking at Subaru as
they walked toward the restaurant, the emotionless assassin may have
actually meant it.
Hokuto laughed her outrageous cackle, then touched her palm to her
cheek, "I knew you'd like it, Sakurazuka-chan."
* * *
Sakurazukamori and Kero were in a small room. Kero pointed his
little paw at Seishirou's nose, "I should have waited and found a
better captor. A girl could do better than you do."
Seishirou put on a silk black shirt, "And you will stop haunting
me when they're all gone right?"
Kero-chan shrugged nonchalantly. "Like I wanna hang out with you
anyway."
Seishirou gave the romantic look he threw around so well, "Some
people don't find me so terrible."
Kero-chan rolled the little dots he had for eyes.
"I get your damned cards." Seishirou spat at the little fur ball as
he buckled a heavily lacquered belt.
"Yeah, but you don't do _anything_ appropriate with them!"
"What's wrong with using the power for the betterment of society?"
Kero-chan threw his arms up in disgust, "Using Erase to remove
Subaru-san's clothing is not a betterment for society!"
Sakurazuka smirked, "Call it creating a beautiful environment."
Kero-chan was angry now, "Pervert, you are just using Subaru!"
Seishirou grabbed Kero, the great guardian of the Dragon Card Book
and squeezed hard, "Don't ever say anything like that in front of
Hokuto." He took a last look in the mirror and fixed his hair
before stepping out to the admiring Hokuto. "You got the idea from
the other Sub-kun's costume, right?"
She blushed like her brother, though from behind a video camera.
"I'm so glad you noticed!!"
Hokuto walked around him to get better angles with her camcorder.
"Sei-chan, I soooo much wish I could get you two to wear those
outfits together!"
Seishirou allowed his face to become a sad mask. Then shook his
head slowly, "Yeah, let's just tell your grandmother I can use
magic..."
"No we aren't telling her anything!" Hokuto patted the dark hair,
"You are such a good boy, poor Sei-chan."
"Right," Kero muttered.
Seishirou hung his head sadly. "But if Subaru ever finds out about his
dark side he would be so humiliated. We can't let that happen..."
Kero buzzed his right ear, "Not to mention the fact that the older,
more mature form of Subaru lets you..."
Seishirou swatted him and then turned as though horrified, "Kero
you sound just like a bee when you talk so low!"
Hokuto plucked the sweet winged kitten out of the air, "Oh, the
poor thing. Sei-chan's a vet, he'll take care of you." She looked
suspiciously at Seishirou, "Right?"
Seishirou smiled encouragingly, "He's the perfect patient: immortal.
It's not like I can kill him, even if I wanted to." ^_^
Hokuto looked at him a little too long for his comfort.
"Well, I think that we had a card in this area," His change of
subject was abrupt, but Hokuto got out the ever-present video camera.
"And I'll have all your heroic deeds on film," She sighed happily.
Seishirou stood still and focused his concentration inward. There
was a card in the area. To the left, about 11 o'clock. He started
walking with a serious look on his face.
They came upon a very bright area in the park, where Subaru was
unconscious. Seishirou ran over and leaned down to check on him.
Hokuto leaned in video camera forgotten, "If anyone hurt my
brother..."
"He's breathing, and just seems to be exhausted. But..."
He pulled his head away as a strange wind started moving around
the inert younger Sumeragi twin. Not surprisingly, he had changed
in appearance and was wearing a slightly larger version of the
clothing Hokuto had made her brother try on earlier, but he didn't
seem to have trouble getting into his outfit this time. It just
appeared on him and his hair became shorter. His eyes were not the
large, innocent ones people expect to see on Subaru Sumeragi. They
were narrow and there was a scent of cigarette smoke in the air, not
from Seishirou's direction, either.
The man Seishirou held in his arms slowly opened his eyes.
"Seishirou-san, It's been a while..."
Hokuto got the camera back in place.
Seishirou put his hand on the thin man's chest, "Good to see you
awake." He leaned into kiss the upturned lips when Kero flew down
on the back of his head.
"A.h.e.m.!! There is still a card around here, you know!"
Seishirou sat back, "Right."
Subaru smiled and pushed his hand into Seishirou's jacked, pulling
out the pack of cigarettes he knew he would find hidden with the
Dragon Cards the man had already collected.
Seishirou stood and looked intently at the light. He walked around
it jumped back when his outstretched hand was shocked. Hokuto
jumped, then zoomed in on his face. The Sakurazukamori smiled winningly
and turned to ask Kero if there was an electricity card to overhear
the orange food trap yelling at Subaru in a stage whisper, "And you are
supposed to be judging his suitability as holder of the cards!
Would you take that cancer stick out of your mouth and tell me just
what you think you were doing locked in his room last time?"
Seishirou was as polite as he could make himself, "Kero-chan,
could you come here for a moment please?"
The undisputed Guardian Beast flew over, "What now?"
"Could you please tell me what card this is?"
"The energy feels like 'Burst,' but it's being passive..."
Seishirou moved his hand in a circular gesture towards the card,
indicating he really didn't care and just wanted to know what card
it was, but being polite enough to let Hokuto continue to think that
he was really protecting her brother by keeping the "transformed"
Subaru at bay.
Kero would have snapped if he had fingers, "That would be 'Static!'"
"Great. I think I have 'Rubber' in here somewhere," Seishirou
opened his coat. "Where did it go?"
Subaru came over to help, opening Seishirou's coat and leaning
against the vet's torso. "I know it's in there, we used it a few weeks
ago..."
"Not that one."
Subaru's eyes narrowed, "You didn't you start hanging around that
other captor?!"
Hokuto's eyes got large, "Sei-chan did you lose the 'Rubber' Card
to another Card Captor?"
Kero sat cross-legged and watched with a smile, one elbow resting on
his arm, paw on his face. "You're 'caught' now, Card Captor
Sakurazuka!" He laughed happily.
"I have to stay close to know what he's up to, OK? We talked about
this." Seishirou sighed as though the weight of the world was upon him.
A deep voice came from the shadows and up near the sky. "'Lost'
isn't exactly the word for it, but I do have your card."
Subaru looked up, "Fuuma!"
The man so named jumped from a light pole and landed near the group.
He held a Dragon Card between his forefinger and middle finger. "You
left this."
Seishirou worked hard to maintain his image of decency before the
elder Sumeragi sibling. He snatched the card and intoned the
words to create his wand. "Rubber, form a barrier around my baton!"
Turning to the ball of light he spoke forcefully, "Turn to your
true form, Dragon Card!" He quickly scribbled his name on it with
an elegant fountain pen.
Fuuma smirked, "Well, looks like you have your hands full..."
"Wait!" Hokuto commanded. "Why didn't you get the 'static'
yourself?"
Fuuma rolled his eyes and started walking away, "Because I can't
use the Rubber Card. The name on it isn't mine." He leered at
Subaru, then waved vaguely. "See you tomorrow night, Seishirou."
The transformed Subaru was immediately angry, "What's tomorrow
night?"
Seishirou turned to console Hokuto, but 'accidentally' knocked the
video camera from her hands. While she was collecting and checking
the pieces to see that it was still functioning, he moved in on
Subaru.
"Don't worry," He kissed the dark eyebrow that hovered above angry
green eyes. "It's nothing." Seishirou ran a hand through Subaru's
short hair and passed them over his eyes, "Sleep now."
With a rushing of air, Seishirou stood holding a skinny younger
version of the man he had just been speaking to. Kero-chan hid
in Hokuto's huge handbag.
Subaru blinked cutely and looked around, "Seishirou-san, what
happened?"
Seishirou looked at the younger male sternly, "You passed out.
Have you been eating enough lately?" He put an arm under Subaru's
legs and lifted him. At Subaru's stammered protests, Seishirou
frowned, "You're in no condition to walk home."
Hokuto came up, "What were you doing out this late at night?"
Subaru looked at the camcorder she was holding and at Seishirou's
outfit. "I was just going out to get the paper..."
Hokuto's laugh was a screech, "Well, now you have seen it!"
Subaru was very confused, but they were heading towards his
apartment. "Seen what?"
"Seishirou's matching outfit," Hokuto laughed like and female
anime villain the rest of the way home.
